Sales Professional
Ankor Software is a SaaS startup that is transforming the global super yachting industry by driving revenue and creating best-in-class guest experiences. Our target customer operates within the luxury travel market, specifically in the marine industry. Founded in early 2022, we are now a team of 20+ professionals around the world, offering with 2 products and 2 service offerings with another product coming to market before the end of the year. To support our rapid growth, we are hiring!
We are looking for someone geographically located in the UK or US. You must be energetic, charismatic, passionate, and flexible enough to thrive in a fast-growing start-up. To succeed in this role, you must be well-spoken, polished, and experienced in creating excellent customer journeys throughout the sales cycle to include SaaS sales presentations. This role does require international travel to industry trade shows 5-7x per year.

· Is accustomed to managing every part of complex sales opportunities and comfortable conducting sales via Zoom, phone, and in person at tradeshows.
· Can take charge of creating your own plan and thrive in a fast paced, ever changing startup environment.
· Has the ability to develop and manage a pipeline comprised of C-suite decision makers and actual users, effectively moving prospects through the sales cycle.
· Possesses strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and organizational skills.
· Is self-motivated, results-oriented, and has experience working remotely.

· Know the yacht charter landscape
· Understand our top customers, their personas, and why they buy
· Deeply grasp our sales process and differentiators in the market
· Master the intimate details of our products and understand our service offerings
· Have closed your first deal
Requirements
· 4+ years of relevant sales experience including a track record of exceeding quota
· Experience in SaaS or sales where relationship building was paramount doing full cycle sales
· Bachelor’s degree
· Experience selling into multiple countries/cultures – multiple languages is a huge bonus
· Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM

Reporting structure and interview process:
· This role reports into our Chief Revenue Officer.
· 1st interview w/ CRO
· 2nd interview w/ CEO
· 3rd interview live presentation to panel including CRO, CEO and other executives.
· Looking to hire and onboard by first week of November and no later than the 3rd week of November.
