IYBA and MYBA, The Worldwide Yachting Association, are teaming up for an exclusive two-day educational event at the prestigious Yacht Club de Monaco on May 10 and 11.

Day one will kick off with an exciting speed dating session, where brokers and shipyards can engage in one-on-one conversations with 12 of the industry's most top-tier shipyards and refit facilities. Renowned names such as Lürssen, Amels, Turquoise, Baglietto, Monaco Marine, Cantiere Rossini, and Sunreef will share insights into their capabilities, providing a unique opportunity for the yacht brokerage and management community to interact with them all in one place. After a sumptuous buffet lunch, the afternoon seminar will delve into crucial topics such as newbuild and refit, featuring a contract discussion with top attorneys from around the yachting world, sustainability, insurance challenges and solutions, and design considerations, led by renowned industry expert Espen Øino. The motor yacht White Rose will also play host to an evening cocktail event, culminating in a memorable close to the day.

On day two, the focus will shift to yacht sales, charter and the law, bringing together an impressive array of presenters and panelists from across the globe to discuss a range of topics, including IYBA/MYBA charter and sales contracts, superyacht marketing with SuperYacht Times own Merijn de Vaard, Mediterranean destinations, and much more. This event promises to provide unparalleled insights and networking opportunities for anyone interested in the yachting industry.
